A precast concrete fence is a perimeter wall made of vibrated reinforced concrete panels that slide into grooved posts anchored to the ground. RyT Haus manufactures the panels in its plant in Velilla de San Antonio (Madrid) and installs them across Spain. A standard 100–150 metre perimeter is normally completed in two to four working days, needs no painting, rendering or anti-rust treatment, adapts to sloping ground by stepping the panels, and resists coastal salt air far better than steel or timber fencing.

Do I need a licence to build a perimeter fence in Spain?
In almost every municipality a minor works licence (licencia de obra menor) or a prior notification is required, and many town halls set a maximum height for the solid part of the wall. We check the local rules for your address and prepare the documentation before installation.
How long does installation take?
Because the panels and posts arrive precast, a standard perimeter of 100 to 150 metres is normally installed in two to four working days once the ground is prepared, compared with several weeks for a rendered block wall.
Can it be installed while I am abroad?
Yes. This is the most common case for second homes. We survey the plot, agree the layout by email or video call, and send photographic evidence of the finished work. Payment and documentation are handled remotely.
How much maintenance does a concrete fence need?
Effectively none. There is no rust, no repainting and no rendering to crack. An occasional rinse is enough, which is exactly why it suits properties that stay empty for long periods.
Is it suitable for uneven or sloping ground?
Yes. The panels stack into grooved posts, so the wall can step down a slope in controlled increments while keeping a level top line. We resolve the level changes during the survey.
Does it work on the coast?
Yes. Vibrated concrete tolerates salt-laden air far better than steel or timber fencing, which makes it a durable choice for coastal villas in Andalusia, the Levante and the islands.
